Damn it's been a long time since I've posted. Well, that's probably why I haven't made much money in my Internet Marketing efforts. I've proven that I'm able to make money from Ebay auctions and online, but I've just not been able to get the wash, rinse and repeat going.
I freely admit that to a major degree, I'm lazy. Left to my own devices, I'll do anything but work. That said, if I believe in something enough, I'll keep at it until I get it done. The steps might be small, but I will make progress.
I hitch hiked across country in 1975. I overcame getting ripped off my first night out. I ran out of money and spent a couple of weeks in Plano, TX raising some money. Took me a month to get there, but I made it to California. There are other examples of my being tenacious about something and keeping at it until I accomplished what I set out to do.
So this is the first day of my newest endeavor. I'm going to follow along the lines of Ed Dale's www.thirtydaychallenge.com even though it's over. My understanding is that the site will remain up so that we can begin any time.

The Next 30 Days
I spent the month of September setting up my firesale at www.burntheboatsfiresale.com . Very little on my Ebay business.
My next 30 days will be spent creating my Ebay business from scratch by following the information that is available from www.easyprofitauctions.com
A lot of the information will be review, but I will certainly benefit from reviewing Alex Jeffrey's concepts from the very beginning. I will report my progress on a regular if not daily basis.
Today I'm starting to edit the salespages of my auction items in order to get ready to post them tomorrow. My first page is done. I'm anticipating about 30 minutes per item to post. The best thing about that is that once the auctions are loaded in Turbo Lister, I'll be able to list them with a button.
Type to you tomorrow,
John Archer

Here We Go Again.
I've created a few blogs in the past couple of years on marketing, but for various reasons didn't keep up with them and with closed email accounts have more or less lost access to them. So I will take the lessons I've learned since then, and the content that I've saved, and bring them to this blog on a more consistent basis. Considering the fact that Bruce Springsteen was the subject of one series and the Simpsons were the subject of another, I know they will both work just as well today
I've currently got a few projects that I'm working on that I'll post progress reports and results on. The main 2 right now are www.archer-art.net which is the website of Patrick Archer. I'm the Director of Marketing for the site and will be mentioning my experiences getting his name in the print publishing arena.
My second major project is a product launch called www.theinternetmarketingexplorer.com
I created a huge firesale of ebooks, software, and recordings. I did attempt a launch earlier this month, but needed to withdraw the offer in order to tweak things. Certainly 2 quotes have been my mantra recently. "Don't have to get it right, just get it going", and "Always be testing".
Until tomorrow,
John Archer, aka ProfessorPLR
